Working Principle
The working principle of the Bag Filter Dust Collector is based on the principles of physical interception and inertial collision. Its core component is a filtering unit composed of multiple cloth bags or filter cartridges. Dust containing gas enters the interior of the dust collector under the action of the fan. Firstly, it changes the direction of the airflow through a guide plate, thereby increasing the airflow speed and the inertia of dust particles. This allows larger particles of dust to directly impact the outer surface of the bag due to inertia and be intercepted.
Subsequently, the dusty gas enters the bag area, and smaller dust particles are intercepted due to the filtering effect and Brownian diffusion effect on the surface of the bag. The air inside the cloth bag penetrates through the gaps between fibers and inside the fibers, forming the clean gas.
In order to prevent clogging of the bag due to long-term accumulation of dust, the bag filter is equipped with automatic or manual dust removal devices. When the accumulated ash reaches a certain thickness, the ash cleaning mechanism will start and spray a short amount of high-pressure gas into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand rapidly. By using reverse airflow and vibration, the dust outside the filter bag is removed and falls into the ash hopper, thereby restoring the filtration performance.
