Filter Cartridge Dust Collector
Introduction:
The filter cartridge dust collector not only has the characteristics of strong dust removal ability, high dust removal efficiency, and low emission concentration of the jet pulse dust collector, but also has the characteristics of stability, reliability, low energy consumption, and small footprint, making it particularly suitable for handling high air volume flue gas. The PH-II type combined filter dust collector has been widely used abroad and has also been widely promoted in China. Its various advantages are gradually recognized by many users and widely welcomed. It has been adopted in fields such as steelmaking electric furnaces, abrasive smelting, calcium carbide furnaces, blast furnace gas purification, coal powder preparation and pneumatic conveying, asphalt concrete production, carbon black, building materials, refractory, chemical, aluminum electrolysis, aluminum zinc smelting, etc.
Working principle of filter dust collector:
The combination filter dust collector mainly consists of upper box, middle box, ash hopper, ash unloading system, spraying system, and control system, and can adopt various intake chamber structures. Dust containing smoke enters the ash hopper through the lower part of the middle box through the air inlet; Some larger dust particles directly fall into the ash hopper due to inertial collisions, natural settling, and other effects, while other dust particles rise with the airflow and enter various bag compartments. After being filtered by the filter element, dust particles are trapped on the outside of the filter element. The purified gas enters the box from the inside of the filter element and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the lifting valve and air outlet. The dust in the ash hopper is regularly or continuously discharged by the screw conveyor and rigid impeller unloader. As the filtration process continues, the dust accumulated on the outside of the filter element increases, leading to a gradual increase in the resistance of the bag filter itself. When the resistance reaches the pre-set value, the ash cleaning controller sends a signal to first close the lifting valve of a filtering chamber to cut off the filtered airflow in that chamber. Then, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and compressed air is sequentially sprayed into the filter element through the air bag, pulse valve, and nozzle on the blowing pipe in a short time (0.065~0.085 seconds) from the air source. Compressed air expands rapidly inside the box, causing high-frequency vibration and deformation of the filter element. In addition, the effect of reverse airflow causes the dust cake attached to the outside of the filter bag to deform and fall off. After fully considering the settling time of dust (the shed dust can effectively fall into the ash hopper), the lifting valve opens, and the filter bag in this bag room returns to the filtering state, while the next bag room enters the cleaning state. This cycle lasts until the cleaning of the next bag room is completed. The PH-II type combined filter dust collector is composed of multiple independent chambers. During dust cleaning, each chamber is carried out in sequence without interfering with each other, achieving long-term continuous operation. The above cleaning process is automatically controlled by the cleaning controller at a fixed time or pressure.
