The Blast Wheel consists of two layers: the inner and outer layer. The outer layer is a shell, made of 8mm steel plate, which is welded and processed by a machine tool. On the other hand, the inner layer is a wear-resistant sheath made of Cr20 coated sand casting, which serves to protect the shell. The middle part consists of an impeller, directional sleeve, blade, and vane wheel. The impeller, directional sleeve, and blade are made of Cr20 precision castings for high dimensional accuracy and wear resistance, while the impeller is made of 40Cr forged parts, machined, and heat-treated.
